Floatwood is a unique, wood like substance that grows on a fernlike stalk that is similar in shape and appearance to celery. Floatwood trees can reach heights of up to 120 feet. The wood is extremely light, like balsawood, but extremely hard, like oak. It is prized for building Airships, and the majority of Floatwood that is harvested goes to build and repair them.
