King Vincent II is the current ruler of Telarus. He has held the throne since his father, [[VincentLorneI Vincent I]] died in 911.

King Vincent has often been described as a sensual gentleman with beady brown eyes that are like two drops of chocolate. His thick, straight, gray hair is worn in a style that reminds one of a flower's petals. He is very short and has a narrow build, with cream-colored skin, and extremely wide feet.

He hasn't been a notable king so far - no major problems or accomplishments. [[Ironnesse]] and [[Mallowyne]] will be hosting the [[GreatGames Great Games]], which will be notable, however, [[Telarus]] was picked to host the games during his fathers realm. He has managed to maintain the balance of power between the Houses quite well.

He resides in the Kings Palace in [[Ironnesse]].
