Each of the six Houses of [[Telarus]] has a detachment of loyal house guards serving as part of the [[Ironnesse]] City Guard, per the terms of the [[TreatyoftheWell Treaty of the Well]]. These guard are only lightly armed and armored, but are well trained. The House of Aston Guard are well trained with quarterstaff and throwing net. They are loyal first to the House of Aston, and secondly to the city.>>
