I have the following books in my library. You can ask for inclusion of rules (IE, Feats, Classes, etc) within these texts just by asking for me to review them. For Feats, Classes and other rules that are not in books I own, you will need to provide me with a means of reviewing your proposal - either by loaning me your book, photocopying the relevent pages, etc.
